【研討會】加拿大簽證

第一次要去加拿大參加研討會， 開始著手辦簽證。

而且很簡單，只需要準備:

1.護照(要登錄相關資料)
2.E-mail信箱(回覆申請的訊息之用)
3.信用卡(申請費加幣7元)

自己填寫大概只有在臺灣的時區這點不太會填，

網頁建議填寫香港時區Hong Kong Time，其他就ok了。

錄取函上通常會有「R.S.V.P.」這個縮

Hey ladies, kindly RSVP me by this weekend so I can plan the party ahead.

小姐們，麻煩這週末前回覆，我好提前規劃聚會。

 

這個是法文repondez s’il vous plait，
等同於英文是 request for responses（請求回覆）,
也就是please respond或是 please reply，
其後面常會跟著一個日期，例如RSVP by 1/2，就是要對方在一月二日前回覆。

最近論文被國外的國際研討會接受，但是被接受固然開心，有時也需要回覆主辦單位。

範例:

Thanks for accepting my abstract for oral presentation. I'm looking forward to attending the conference, as it's been a highlight of my year since I heard about it in 2018.


Thank you so much for accepting our abstract for presentation at the 10th International Shared Decision Making conference in Quebec City.I'm looking forward to attending the conference with my friends.
